Goldberg, Gruener, Gentile, Horoho & Avalli is recognized as one of the premiere family law firms in the country and was instrumental in the original framing of the divorce code for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in 1980, the statewide support guidelines, and the most recent revisions to the code that went into effect in January 2005. Our Family Law Group concentrates in matters of divorce, custody, alimony, spousal support, child support and all other issues surrounding the dissolution of marriage. We are able to address the needs of all types of cases, from simple divorces to those facing more challenging circumstances involving the distribution of significant marital assets, business considerations and valuations, and custody disputes. The firm also represents clients in the preparation and review of prenuptial, postnuptial, cohabitation and property settlement agreements.
Our Estates and Trusts Group focuses on the preparation of estate plans and administration of trusts and estates, with specific concentration on litigation surrounding disputed wills and trusts. Our attorneys are equipped with the skills to handle a wide variety of activities in estate and trust litigation, including representation of heirs who feel they have been unfairly omitted from a loved one’s will and trust beneficiaries who are questioning the activities of the trust’s fiduciary agents.
